Role Overview:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building strategic partnerships to
generate consistent junk removal and cleanout work. This role focuses on outbound outreach and
relationship-building with real estate professionals, property managers, landlords, developers, and
similar decision-makers

Primary Responsibilities:

-Reach out to real estate agents, brokers, landlords, developers, and property managers

-Present partnership opportunities tailored to each industry

-Explain how our junk removal company can handle all cleanouts for their clients or properties

-Build long-term, referral-based partnerships

-Track outreach efforts, take notes, and follow up via phone, text, and email

-Maintain professionalism and represent the company brand in a positive, reliable way

Partnership Structure Examples

Key Duties Include

When we complete cleanouts for buyers or sellers, we refer clients back to the partnered agent. When we encounter homeowners preparing to sell, we refer them to our partnered real estate agents.

Landlords & Property Managers

When landlords partner with us for tenant move-outs, evictions, or property cleanouts, we refer future landlord opportunities and tenants back to them when applicable.

Developers & Investors

Provide ongoing cleanout services for renovations, flips, and new developments while building mutually
beneficial referral relationships.

Goal of the Role

To create win-win partnerships where both parties consistently refer business to one another, resulting in long-term revenue growth.
